Intradiscal Electrothermal Therapy (IDET) is a minimally invasive treatment for chronic back pain originating from damaged or degenerative spinal discs. IDET uses controlled heat to strengthen and seal small disc tears, stabilize the disc, and minimize nearby nerve irritation.
