After completing his residency at St. Luke’s Roosevelt Hospital Center, Columbia University in NYC, Dr. Hosny completed an Interventional Spine fellowship at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Harvard Medical School, in Boston, MA.
Since then, and for over 15 years, Dr. Hosny has been the leading physician in Interventional Spine in NYC & NJ. His practice is dedicated to the non-surgical treatment of painful conditions including: neck & back pain, herniated & bulging discs, sciatica, joint pain, sports injuries and other orthopedic conditions.
Dr. Hosny's integrative multidisciplinary approach begins with establishing the correct diagnosis by obtaining a thorough history & physical examination, coupled with state of the art imaging and electrodiagnostic studies, followed by developing & implementing a comprehensive treatment plan with his patients.

Dr. David Chu is a Board Certified Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Physician & Spine Specialist who treats patients with non-surgical Orthopedic and Neurologic conditions.
Dr. Chu's integrative and multidisciplinary approach begins with establishing the correct diagnosis through a thorough initial history & physical examination. If necessary, appropriate diagnostic testing such as digital x-rays and electrodiagnostic neuromuscular testing can be completed in the office on the same visit.
Holistic and individualized treatment is developed under the collective guidance of Dr. Chu and his team of Board Certified Spine Specialists, Physical Therapists, and Chiropractors. Comprehensive and time-efficient plans will be directed with both short and long term goals in mind. Initial acute symptoms such as inflammation, pain, and muscle spasm can be alleviated quickly with therapeutic ultrasound treatments, manual therapy and stretching, acupuncture, and other minimally invasive procedures. Dr. Mehta has provided team coverage from high school to the professional level for various sports including football, basketball, hockey and baseball. Dr. Mehta was a Spine Consultant for the NBA Phoenix Suns, WNBA Phoenix Mercury and Arizona State University Football teams.

Dr. Deepali Gupta is a Board Certified Spine Specialist. Dr. Gupta specializes in the evaluation, diagnosis and management of complex spine-related pain stemming from disorders such as spinal stenosis, degenerative disc disease, disc herniation, failed back/neck surgeries, as well as joint disease.
Dr. Gupta employs the use of an integrative multidisciplinary approach. She has a particular interest in neuromodulation as well as minimally invasive spine interventions.
Dr. Gupta is an experienced Regenerative Medicine Specialist who uses the most advanced and latest techniques to restore function and mobility. Dr. Gupta also utilized PRP to rejuvenate skin and hair, complemented by Botox and Fillers for an aesthetically well rounded appearance.

Dr. Nityananda Podder of our NYC pain management office completed his residency in Neurology at New York Medical College, through St. Vincent’s Medical Center-Manhattan. He then went on to complete an Interventional Pain Fellowship at Albert Einstein College of Medicine, through Beth Israel Medical Center in New York City, making him another leading pain management doctor in New York.
Ms. Musto is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She brings many years of experience in the field of Pain Management.
She is a graduate of Saint Vincent’s School of Nursing in NYC and received her Bachelors in Nursing, Masters in Nursing and Family Nurse Practitioner at Graceland University, Missouri.
She has lectured on numerous topics in Pain Management. Ms. Musto is a member of the NYC medical Reserve Corps, American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, and the American Society of Pain Management Nurses.
